Chief Operating Officer at TCM Security

Joe Helle has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as the Chief Hacking Officer at TCM Security. In this position, they lead the organization's penetration testing practice and manages a team of penetration testers. Before transitioning into the field of cybersecurity, Joe served as the Mayor of the Village of Oak Harbor and owned and operated Oak N' Harbor Distillery. Joe also worked as a Resource Manager at Team Rubicon, a Paramedic at Mid County EMS, and a Sergeant in the United States Army, where they had deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan and was responsible for the training and leadership of subordinate soldiers.

Joe Helle has a Master's Degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance from Western Governors University. Joe obtained this degree in the year 2022. Prior to their Master's Degree, Joe obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity & Information Assurance from the same university in the year 2019.
