As a Manager of Implementation, you will: 

  • Assist in coaching and developing Professional Services staff, conducting performance reviews, and promoting professional growth opportunities. 
  • Participate in Root Cause and Corrective Action investigations, documenting lessons learned, and driving continuous process improvement. 
  • Responsible for maintaining strong project governance in accordance with direction from senior leadership. 
  • Maintain product and industry knowledge to improve performance and skillsets across their team. 
  • Connect with customers and perform on-site visits to discuss customer requirements and expectations as the need arises. 
  • Create an implementation strategy/outline in coordination with their team. 
  • Communicate implementation strategies, requirements, and assignments to team members. 
  • Facilitate project reviews and work with the team to assess opportunities for improvement. 
  • Define and control project scope using standard project management methodologies and internal quality control/assurance. 
  • Direct, manage, monitor, and control time and resources throughout the project lifecycle to facilitate multiple implementation projects simultaneously. 
  • Meet or exceed established performance requirements and goals driven through KPIs 
  • Contributes to team effort by ensuring the highest possible level of customer satisfaction using quality management processes. 
  • Responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to the customer’s quality standards by ensuring that activities are properly sequenced and within coordinated timelines by all team members. 
  • Communicate across various departments and with multiple third-party vendors to ensure project progress 

You are a strong fit for this role if you have: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or related field.  
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in project management and leading implementation teams.  
  • Strong leadership skills combined with a willingness to be a team player.  
  • Excellent organizational, oral, and written communication skills, and ability to understand customer business needs and develop them into project plans.  
  • Demonstrates a strong technical background and possesses an in-depth knowledge of both cloud (SaaS) and on-premise systems.  
  • Possesses in-depth knowledge of Microsoft SQL Databases, Microsoft Server operating systems, and networking protocols.
