Dr Ruben Ramirez

Dr. Ruben Ramirez has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Dr Ruben currently serves as a Senior Consultant at RMZCommunications since July 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Consultant at Local Church Strategies since January 2010.

In 2013, Dr. Ramirez joined TimeClock Plus (Data Management, Inc) and held multiple roles including Sales Manager | Public Sector Mid Market, Regional Sales Manager, Support Services Manager, Sr Assistant support Manager, and Legacy Account Manager.

Before their tenure at TimeClock Plus, Dr. Ramirez worked as the Central Checkout Manager at HEB from October 2012 to July 2013. Prior to that, they were the Customer Solutions Manager at Best Buy from August 2009 to August 2012.

Dr. Ramirez's work experience also includes being a New Business Developer at House of Chemicals, where they played a vital role in transforming the local company into an international acquisition. Dr Ruben was responsible for inventory and warehouse management, as well as overseeing solutions for local businesses, healthcare institutions, and government entities.

Furthermore, Dr. Ramirez served as the Operations Manager/Assistant Pastor at Angelo Christian Ministries, d.b.a Tree of Life Church from January 2000 until 2007. In this role, they provided mid-management and operational oversight, oversaw daily operations for member programs, and acted as the Director of Outreach and Transportation for extensions of the organization.

Building upon this foundation, they pursued a Master's degree in Christian Counseling from the same institution, completing it in 2007. During this period, Dr. Ramirez also engaged in doctoral studies in Ministry (a.b.d.) at Life Christian University, emphasizing Pastoral Theology. The combination of their bachelor's, master's, and ongoing doctoral studies reflects their commitment to deepening their understanding and expertise in the field of pastoral counseling.
