Sarah Lozano started their work experience in 2010 at Target, where they served as a Guest Service Team Leader until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Customer Service Representative at Lincare Holdings, Inc. Following that, they joined Ector County ISD in 2013 as a Special Education Paraprofessional until 2016.

In 2016, Sarah joined TCP (TimeClock Plus) as a Business Development Representative and subsequently held various roles including Customer Success Manager, Business Development Representative Team Lead, Customer Service Representative, Enterprise/TCP Direct Team Lead, and Implementation Specialist. Their tenure at TCP (TimeClock Plus) ended in 2021.

From 2021 to 2023, Sarah worked at PatientPop Inc. as an Implementation Manager. Currently, they are employed at TCP Software as a Mid-Market Account Executive starting in 2023.

Sarah Lozano earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Management Information Systems from Angelo State University. Sarah attended the university from 2016 to 2019. In addition to their degree, they also obtained a Network Pro Certification from TestOut Corporation in May 2019. Furthermore, they hold a Paraprofessional State Certification which was obtained in October 2013, although the institution from which they obtained this certification is unknown.
