Shumaya Mushtaq

Shumaya Mushtaq has a range of experience in various roles. Shumaya started their career as a Customer Service Representative at Mindbridge Private Limited in 2018. Shumaya then moved on to become a Quality Assurance Specialist at the same company, where they conducted evaluations, provided coaching, and participated in calibrations with clients. Shumaya was later promoted to the position of Training Specialist, where they trained and managed a team of 25-30 individuals. In 2022, they joined VCPK as a Billing Executive, responsible for processing payments and managing medical insurance claims for the Sterling Urgent Care project. Currently, Shumaya works at TCP Software as a Technical Support Specialist, where they resolve complex technical issues and ensures system functionality.

Shumaya Mushtaq is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Technology at the Virtual University of Pakistan, starting in 2019. No end year has been specified, suggesting that Shumaya is still actively enrolled in the program.
