Chelsie Petrowske

Chelsie Petrowske began their work experience in 2009 as a Social Media Marketing Intern at Performance Learning Systems. From 2008 to 2010, they worked as a Student Worker/Graduate Assistant in the Business Advising Office at Murray State University. In 2011, they joined Northwestern Mutual as a Marketing and Administrator. Chelsie then moved on to Douglas Group, Inc. in 2012, where they held the position of Marketing and Operations Manager until 2014. Following this, they joined H.I.G. Capital as a Recruiting Coordinator. Currently, Chelsie is employed at TCS Education System, where they have held various human resources roles, including HR Specialist, Recruitment and Selection, Director of Human Resources, Human Resources Director, and Senior Director of Human Resources.

Chelsie Petrowske earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Communication and Marketing from Murray State University, where they attended from 2005 to 2009. Chelsie also obtained additional certifications in Culture of accountability: Belonging (Leadership) and Global Distinction from TCS Education System in 2021.
