Jane Morgan

Jane Morgan is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and brand marketing. Currently serving as Director of CRM at TCS World Travel since July 2018, Jane manages the customer lifecycle strategy and focuses on database growth and repeat business. Previous roles include Senior Manager, CRM, where a targeted reengagement campaign was launched during COVID, and Brand Marketing Manager, responsible for brand campaign assets and marketing strategies. Jane has held positions in brand management and marketing at companies such as Precept Wine and The Winebow Group. A graduate of the University of Denver with a B.A. in Communication Management, Jane has demonstrated expertise in developing strategic marketing initiatives across various sectors.
