Bill Maurer

Bill Maurer has extensive experience in operations and customer service across several prominent companies. At Tata Consultancy Services, Bill served in multiple roles including Head of Operations and Sr. Director since February 2018. Before that, Bill spent over 25 years at Transamerica, where responsibilities included Vice President of Post Issue Annuity Administration and Director of the Annuity Call Center and Operations Relationship Group. Earlier in Bill's career, experience included customer service roles at MCI Corporation and supervisory responsibilities at Life Investors Financial Group, Inc., focusing on post-issue service and process improvement.
