Yuko Matsutani

Yuko Matsutani is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Head of HR Business Partner at Tata Consultancy Services since September 2025. Prior to this role, Yuko held various positions at Nutreco from June 2008 to August 2025, including Learning and Development, Talent Manager for Nutreco Asia, and HR Business Partner for Skretting Japan. Yuko also served as the Head of Human Resources across the Asia region for Skretting Group and held positions in Global Human Resources at Skretting Japan. Earlier career experiences include roles at Philip Morris International as a Human Resources Generalist, at PwC as Team HR Coordinator, and at Marusan stock company in London as a Senior Clerk in Office Administration. Yuko holds a degree from Kyoto University of Foreign Studies and additional education from CLA in Besancon, France.
