Jennifer Grancio

Jennifer Grancio currently serves as Group Managing Director at The TCW Group and has held multiple board positions, including at MannKind Corporation and Ethic. Grancio was the Chief Executive Officer at Engine No. 1 until October 2023 and is the founder and owner of Grancio Capital, where advisory roles focused on accelerating revenue growth and structuring enterprise deals. With nearly two decades at BlackRock, Grancio was a Managing Director, contributing significantly to global distribution, technology teams, and the founding of iShares. Earlier experience includes a Senior Associate role at PwC, where retirement product offerings were redesigned, and as a Research Assistant at Stanford University, providing support in analyzing ethno-nationalism. Grancio holds an MBA with Honors from Columbia Business School and a BA with Honors in Economics and International Relations from Stanford University.
