Othman Boukrami

Othman Boukrami is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in investment management, trading, and risk assessment. Currently serving as Chief Investment Officer and Deputy CEO at TCX since April 2009, Othman Boukrami has been instrumental in managing The Currency Exchange Fund, specializing in FX derivative products for emerging markets. Previous roles include Director and Head of Trading at TCX, where Othman Boukrami led senior traders in creating innovative derivatives solutions, and Senior Vice President, managing liquidity portfolios and developing pricing models. Additional experience includes a tenure at the African Development Bank Group as Senior Investment Officer and Senior Treasury & Risk Officer, and at Citigroup as Treasury Marketing and Product Head. Othman Boukrami holds a PhD in Finance and Management and has completed several advanced executive programs, including a recent ESG certification.
