Hershey Xi He

Hershey Xi He, CPA, currently serves as the Sr Treasury ALM Manager at TD since October 2025. Previously, Hershey held the position of Sr. Manager Treasury at First Citizens Bank from November 2022 to October 2025 and worked in ALM QRM Risk Management at AgriBank from June 2021 to November 2022. Prior to that, Hershey was the VP Market Risk ALM Oversight at Wells Fargo and held various treasury and risk analysis roles at KeyBank, including Sr Treasury Analyst and Lead Treasury Analyst. Additional experience includes roles at BNY Mellon as a VP, Quant Interest Rate Risk Analyst, and positions as an Accountant at OdysseyLife and a Staff Accountant at Orion First Financial, LLC. Hershey obtained a Master of Accounting from the University of Rochester and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Finance from Pacific Lutheran University.
