Robert Roos

Robert Roos is a seasoned technology executive with extensive leadership experience in the banking industry, currently serving as Senior Vice President and Director of Consumer Banking Technology & Service Management at TD Bank since September 2015. Roos oversees Consumer Banking Technology Delivery, including Digital Channels, Contact Centers, and TD Wealth, and has held various senior roles within TD, focusing on integration technologies and core banking. Prior to TD, Roos served in senior positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Bank of America from 1995 to 2015, where responsibilities included managing global production support and developing major technology solutions for wholesale banking. Roos began their career in programming and systems analysis before moving into management. Roos holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from SUNY Geneseo, with concentrations in analysis, computer science, and mathematics.
