Scott Wishna serves as Vice President and Director of Real Estate Transactions & Operations at TD, overseeing corporate and retail real estate transaction operations for a portfolio exceeding 1,100 retail locations and 100 corporate properties. With extensive experience dating back to 1995, Scott has held key positions at prominent firms including CBRE, Polo Ralph Lauren®, Sprint, CIT, and Ford Motor Company. Notable achievements include negotiating over $215 million in transactions at CBRE, developing capital budgets exceeding $100 million at Polo Ralph Lauren®, and managing significant capital budgets at Sprint. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing/Marketing Management from Syracuse University.
