Terese Delcollo

Terese Delcollo currently serves as the Director of Debt Sales and Vice President at TD since August 2019. Prior to this role, Terese held multiple positions at Barclaycard from April 2012 to August 2019, including Head of Asset Sales & Recovery Support, Audit Risk Lead, and Supplier Manager Lead. Experience also includes a tenure at Bank of America from January 2005 to April 2012, where positions ranged from Risk Operations Manager to Defense Matter Senior Team Lead. Terese contributed to the community as a board member for Prevent Child Abuse Delaware from January 2007 to December 2011. Earlier career stages included roles at MBNA, starting as a Collector in March 1997 and advancing to Quality Assurance Analyst and Business Lending until January 2005. Academic qualifications include a Master’s degree in Finance from Goldey-Beacom College and a Bachelor's in Human Resources Management from Wilmington University.
