Alex Donohue

Alex Donohue has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Alex started their career at Citi in 2007, where they worked as a Director for over a decade. In 2018, they transitioned to B.A.F. Management, LP as a Portfolio Manager for a year. Currently, Alex is working at TD Securities, where they hold two consecutive roles. From 2019 to 2022, they served as the Global Head of eFX Trading, and later, they became the Head of Low Latency Electronic Trading.

Alex Donohue earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering and a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Materials Science from The Johns Hopkins University from 1998 to 2002. Alex then pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Applied physics from Harvard University from 2002 to 2007.
