Kelly Sanderson

Kelly Sanderson has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Kelly is currently the Managing Director and Head of Business Development for TD Prime Services at TD Securities since November 2023. Prior to this, they worked at BlackRock as the Managing Director, US Head of ETF Secondary Markets & Ecosystem from May 2022 to March 2023, and as the Managing Director, Head of Americas Prime Brokerage Financing and Global Head of Futures Clearing from January 2021 to May 2022. Kelly also held different roles at BlackRock, including Director, Head of Americas Prime Brokerage Financing from July 2010 to June 2019, and Principal - Investment Operations from August 2009 to July 2010. Before BlackRock, they worked as the Managing Director - Hedge Fund Operations / Compliance at Beowulf Capital Management LP from August 2008 to July 2009. Kelly also served as the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Compliance Officer at Context Capital Management, LLC from May 2004 to July 2008. Additionally, they have experience at Deutsche Bank as the Assistant Vice President - Structured Derivatives from September 2002 to May 2004, and at Merrill Lynch as the Assistant Vice President - Treasury Operations from June 1998 to September 2002.

Kelly Sanderson attended Fairfield University and obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Finance.
