Justin Summer is a seasoned legal executive with extensive experience in corporate law and mergers & acquisitions. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Counsel for M&A and Finance at TD SYNNEX since September 2021, Justin previously held similar roles at Tech Data from February 2016 to March 2020, where responsibilities included managing corporate legal matters. Earlier positions include Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Counsel at iQor, focusing on commercial transactions, and Senior Vice President at Catalina Marketing Corporation, overseeing corporate, securities, and transactional issues. Justin also played a key role in establishing the Nielsen Catalina Solutions joint venture while serving as corporate officer and general counsel.
