Pruk Suphanalai (Ph.D)

Pruk Suphanalai (Ph.D) has an extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting from September 2022, Pruk has been the Head of People at TD Tawandang Co.,Ltd. - Carabao Group. Prior to this, from October 2020 to September 2022, Pruk served as the Country Senior People Business Partner at bolttech. From January 2019 to October 2020, Pruk worked as the Group Human Resources Director at ICS Travel Group, and from September 2017 to January 2019, as the Human Resources Director at the same company. Pruk also gained experience as an HRBP at Linfox in 2017 and at JTI (Japan Tobacco International) in 2016, where they served as an HRBP for emerging markets and in a regional role, respectively. Before that, from 2015 to 2016, Pruk worked as an HR Manager at Scan-IT, and from 2013 to 2015, as the Plant HR Service Lead at Schneider Electric. Prior to these roles, Pruk held positions such as Asst. Head of HR at Allianz Worldwide Partners from November 2012 to March 2013 and HR Manager at Triple i Logistics Group Co.,Ltd. from February 2009 to November 2012.

From 2014 to 2018, Pruk Suphanalai pursued a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Management at Silpakorn University.
