Chee Gay Lim

Chee Gay Lim has over 20 years of experience in various roles within human resources and management. Chee Gay has held positions at prominent companies such as TDCX, AIA, Samsung Electronics, T-Systems, Astro, and Intel Corporation. Throughout their career, Lim has overseen human resource management, policies, best HR practices, and digital transformation initiatives.

Chee Gay Lim obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) Hons in Computer from Universiti Sains Malaysia in 1994, followed by an MBA in 2006 from the same university. Additionally, Chee Gay Lim pursued further education and certifications in diverse fields such as Lean Management, Human Resources, Insurance, and Leadership from various prestigious institutions. In 2022, Chee Gay Lim obtained the Chartered Fellow CIPD certification.
