Nirmala Grace Moses

Nirmala Grace Moses has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Nirmala Grace started their career as a Credit Control Officer at MBF Cards (M'sia) Sdn Bhd in 1998, before moving on to roles at RHB Banking Group, Astro, Allianz Malaysia, and currently TDCX. Their roles have included Fund Operation Executive, Workforce Management Analyst, and Senior Executive Workforce Analyst, showcasing their expertise in financial operations and workforce analytics.

Nirmala Grace Moses completed a Diploma in Computer Science from Stamford College in 1997. Nirmala Grace then went on to earn a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, and Operations from Ottawa University in 2003. In 2015, they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) with a focus on Business Administration and Management from Malaysia University of Science and Technology.
