Randy Unto

Randy Unto has extensive experience in IT operations, starting as a Technical Support at Concentrix in 2013 and progressing to roles such as Sr. Technical Support and Supervisor in IT Operations. Randy recently joined TDCX as a Site IT Lead in 2022. Throughout their career, Randy has demonstrated expertise in providing system-level support, hardware and software troubleshooting, installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems.

From 1990 to 1994, Randy Unto attended the Cebu Institute of Technology where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering.
