Andrea Pallera

Andrea Pallera is currently serving as a Junior Legal Counsel at Transnational Diversified Group since June 2023, where responsibilities include preparing, reviewing, and drafting legal documents, analyzing contracts for risks and compliance, and developing tailored contract templates. Prior experience includes a position as an Environmental and Social Research Analyst at Institutional Shareholder Services and a Management Trainee role at Sterling Bank of Asia. Andrea also gained experience as a Legal Intern at Ligon Solis Mejia Florendo & Cruz Law Firm. Academically, Andrea holds a Juris Doctor degree from San Beda College Alabang and a Bachelor of Science in Legal Management from De La Salle University.
