Bill Graves

Bill Graves is currently the General Counsel at TDK Ventures. Prior to their current role, Bill worked as a Partner at Montgomery & Hansen, LLP, a boutique corporate law firm specializing in representing early stage businesses. Before that, Bill was an Attorney at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where Bill represented both early stage and large corporations in various financial transactions. Bill holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Colorado Boulder and an LL.M. in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center.
