Brandon Ritter

Brandon Ritter is an experienced HR professional currently serving as a Senior HRIS Analyst at Walker & Dunlop since February 2024, and as a Senior Human Resources Analyst at Hutchinson Technology Inc. since April 2018. With a background in instructional design and training, Brandon has played a critical role in the implementation of performance management modules within Workday and has a strong focus on recruiting and reporting processes. Prior to these roles, Brandon held various positions at Ashley Furniture Industries, including Corporate Trainer, Training Specialist, Human Resource Generalist, and Human Resources Intern, where responsibilities revolved around leadership development, training facilitation, and HR support for a large employee base. Brandon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Winona State University.
