James L. has extensive work experience in various leadership and technical roles within the technology industry. James began their career as a Network Consultant for the Rockford Board of Education, where they led network administration projects for a large-scale organization. James then worked as a Network Engineering Consultant at Ameriprise Financial Services before transitioning to Senior IT Consultant at Keane Technologies, where they focused on client engagements in the manufacturing and financial services sectors.

James then joined Smart Solutions, Inc. as a Senior Consultant, providing enterprise clients with Windows Active Directory design consultation and Exchange Server administration. James later moved on to TDS Telecommunications LLC, where they served as a Senior Infrastructure Specialist, providing architectural design and system administration support for the company's enterprise applications.

Following their time at TDS Telecommunications LLC, James assumed the role of Director of Information Technology at Nicolosi Galluzzo LLP, overseeing IT operations and strategy for the law firm and its associated businesses. James successfully managed system integration and development projects during organizational changes and acquisitions.

James then joined TDS as a Senior Systems Engineer in the Managed Tools and Enterprise Storage group, where they developed and supported business services management tools. James later became a Senior Applications Systems Engineer, providing development and support for critical business services.

At TDS, James also held leadership positions, including Manager of Application Systems Engineering and Director of Applications Development & Support, Technical Services. In these roles, they managed enterprise applications and database teams, oversaw application development and support groups, and provided strategic direction for Microsoft tool adoption and Azure management.

Outside of TDS, James served as an Executive Board Member of 2520, LLC, contributing to investment strategy and treasury/cash management operations.
