Darren T. has extensive experience in the food and beverage sector, currently serving as the Director of Culinary at Te Pae Christchurch since June 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing all food and beverage operations. Prior to this role, Darren held various managerial positions at Christchurch Casinos Limited from September 2009 to June 2019, including Food and Beverage Manager and Assistant Food & Beverage Manager. Experience also includes serving as Food & Beverage Manager at Latimer Hotel (2005-2009) and Auchrannie Leisure Ltd (1996-2005), along with a position as Assistant Hotel Manager at Kirroughtree Country House Hotel (1994-1996). Educational background includes studies at SAC Auchencruive from 1992 to 1994.
