Jacob Lyall

Jacob Lyall is an experienced culinary professional currently serving as Concept Chef and Executive Chef at UNCO since October 2021. Prior to this role, Jacob held positions as Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef at Flower Child from April 2019 to October 2021. Jacob also worked as Executive Chef at Burger Lounge from February 2018 to April 2019 and as Sous Chef at Maderas Golf Club from June 2016 to February 2018.
