Kaelyn Ching

Kaelyn Ching is a dedicated education advocate with extensive experience in recruitment and leadership roles within Teach For America, currently serving as Recruitment Manager, External. Responsibilities include building relationships and coalitions among university leaders and organizations to promote equity in education. Prior positions with Teach For America include Corps Member, Recruitment Coordinator, and Campus Ambassador, where Kaelyn coordinated recruitment events and enhanced brand awareness. Other professional experiences include serving as a Policy & Advocacy Fellow with Leadership for Educational Equity, Social Studies Department Chair at Colleton County High School, and a Registered Behavior Technician at Little Leaves Behavioral Services. Kaelyn Ching holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Maryland and is pursuing a Master of Arts in Social Design at the Maryland Institute College of Art.
