Carolyn Murphy

Carolyn Murphy has more than 30 years’ experience in the financial services industry, having worked across technology, operations and frontline sales in a variety of roles. Carolyn is committed to delivering the very best member experience, as well as products and services that are aligned to the members’ needs.

Carolyn assisted in growing the Bank in WA and most recently established the Health Professionals Bank division and Victorian presence.

Carolyn is a very proud 2019 Alumni of the Global Alliance Banking on Values Leadership Academy. She is a collaborative leader, committed to continuous improvement and sustained business success. Carolyn was appointed to the Executive team in March 2021, and she is inspired by the opportunity to drive digital innovation, working with partners and the business to grow the digital bank.
