Dave Saba

Dave Saba has over 25 years of experience in various leadership roles. Dave has held positions such as Chief Development Officer at Teachers of Tomorrow, where they drove the national expansion of the organization into nine new states. As the Chief Operating Officer and Director at Global Personalized Academics, they implemented an acquisition strategy and integrated two companies to generate revenue. Dave also served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the National Math and Science Initiative, where they led marketing, government relations, fundraising, and strategic planning. Prior to that, they were the CEO of Laying the Foundation and the CEO of the American Board for Certification of Teacher Excellence. Dave has also worked as a Regional Director at Kaplan Test Prep and Admissions, the Vice President of Operations at RehabSolutions, and held engineering roles at Bausch & Lomb, Inc., and Michelin Tire Corporation.

Dave Saba received a Bachelor of Science degree in Ocean Engineering from the United States Naval Academy, where they studied from 1979 to 1983. Later, from 1988 to 1990, they earned a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the University of South Florida.
