Mark was a Founding Partner & Creative Director at No.Inc, a nationally recognized leader in interactive communications and product development. Mark co-founded the company and contributed to its revenue growth. Mark also served as an Art Director at Gr8, where they worked on various online properties. Mark has a background in research, having worked as a Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Maryland Baltimore. Mark started their career as a Principal at Trophic Communications, where they provided freelance print and interactive design services and led the development of an electronic medical records system. Throughout their career, Mark has worked with high-profile clients such as Aetna, Microsoft, and Coca-Cola.

Mark Maloney attended Calvert Hall College High School from 1987 to 1991. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Chemistry from Roanoke College from 1991 to 1995. After completing their undergraduate studies, Mark went on to obtain a Master of Science degree in Biochemistry from the University of Maryland Baltimore, where they studied from 1996 to 1998.
