Jen Dudik Msm

Jen Dudik, MSM has over 20 years of work experience. Currently, they are the Director of Talent Development at Teachstone, where they are responsible for creating and driving talent strategies to enhance growth, development, and retention. Prior to this, Jen worked at National Heritage Academies in various roles, including Sr. Consultant of Engagement and Development, Engagement & Retention Manager, Employee Engagement Specialist, and Compliance Specialist. During their time at National Heritage Academies, they facilitated award applications, managed employee surveys, analyzed turnover data, conducted trainings, and collaborated with school leaders to create engagement plans. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Closing Coordinator/Office Manager at Dan Otten & Associates, a Music Administrative Assistant at Calvary Church, and a Reconciliation Specialist at Life EMS.

Jen Dudik, MSM, holds a Master's degree in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University, which they completed from 2007 to 2009. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Cornerstone University, where they studied from 1996 to 2000. In terms of additional certifications, they are a DiSC trainer certified by the Wiley Group since June 2015. Jen is also an Association Member at ATD - West Michigan. Furthermore, they are a certified DiSC Facilitator, having received their certification from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand.
