Chandramouli Suresh

Chandramouli Suresh has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Chandramouli began their career at TVS - SUNDARAM BRAKE LININGS as a Project Research Intern, where they worked on advancements in the braking system for two-wheelers. Chandramouli then worked at Chennaibuyz, where they established an online portal for advertising and promoting discounts.

Chandramouli then joined Cognizant Technology Solutions, first as a Programmer Analyst and later as a Learning Executive. In these roles, they were responsible for employee learning compliance, improving training courses, and monitoring feedback scores. Chandramouli also served as an Idea Champion and Innovation Evangelist, receiving recognition as a top blogger.

Next, Chandramouli worked as a Student at Strathclyde Business School, pursuing their MBA. During this time, they worked on assignments such as brand improvisation for Pepsico India, strategy evaluation for the Scottish Salmon Company, and contrasting HRM policies of British Airways and Ryanair.

After completing their MBA, Chandramouli joined Exponential as a Senior Manager in Publisher Development. In this role, they focused on increasing local publisher relationships and securing partnerships with top publishers. Chandramouli achieved success in working with Alexa top-50 publishers across various markets.

Chandramouli then held positions at AOL International as a Publisher Sales Manager and at Oath as a Publisher Sales Manager, where they contributed to the growth of publisher relationships and specialized in business development.

Currently, Chandramouli serves as a Senior Director of Publisher Operations at Teads, where they oversee inventory onboarding, management, and strategy. Chandramouli leads integrations for CTV and OTT across APAC and heads publisher operations functions in APAC, ANZ, HK, and TW markets. Chandramouli is also responsible for account growth, yield, and integrations with key publishers.
