Cameron Frayne

Cameron Frayne is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product and operations management, currently serving as an Advisor at Casper Studios since September 2024. As the Head of Product & Operations at Teal since April 2023, Cameron was part of the founding team and played a multifaceted role across various functions before the company was acquired by Mercury. From 2020 to 2022, Cameron held the position of Director of Product at Bench Accounting, focusing on Embedded Fintech and API strategy. Prior experience at Bain & Company from 2017 to 2020 as a Management Consultant included significant projects such as revamping customer service strategies for major banks and optimizing mining operations. Earlier roles include an externship from Bain as a Senior Manager and internships at Bain and Accion Venture Lab. Cameron holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Electrical Engineering from The University of British Columbia and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from the International School of Beijing.
