Diana Javadova

Diana Javadova has extensive work experience in the field of human resources. Diana currently works as an HR Generalist Coach at TeachMeSkills. Prior to this, they worked at Tealium, where they held multiple roles including Lead HR Manager for Eastern Europe, Senior HR Generalist, and IT Recruiter/HR Generalist. During their time at Tealium, they were responsible for recruiting and maintaining a pipeline of candidates across Eastern Europe, conducting onboarding and exit interviews, managing perks and referral programs, assisting in launching an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), collecting HR analytics and metrics, and leading a team of HR specialists. Diana also played a role in organizing events and driving employer branding and visibility. Before Tealium, Diana worked as an IT Recruiter at ScienceSoft and as a Human Resources Recruiter at Z-wolves development. Diana started their career as a Receptionist at Orbita hotel.

Diana Javadova obtained their Bachelor's degree in English and French languages from Gomel'ski Dzjarauny Universitet imja Franciska Skarany, which they attended from 2008 to 2013. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained various certifications in the field of HR and recruitment. Diana received certifications in HR Director and HR Generalist from the Mike Pritula Academy in October 2022 and October 2021, respectively. Diana also obtained certifications in Employer Branding from Laba in January 2021, IT Recruiter from Laba in September 2020, and Digital-Recruiter from HRPR | IT-Recruiting school in May 2018.
