Mark van den Haak has extensive work experience in sales and marketing roles, with a focus on data-driven marketing and customer experience optimization. Mark has held leadership positions at Tealium, Dynamic Yield, Oracle, CBS Interactive, and other companies. In their most recent role as Strategic Account Executive at Tealium, Mark worked with clients in South East Asia to collect, unify, and activate customer data in real-time. Previously, as VP of Sales at Tealium and Dynamic Yield, they played key roles in driving business growth and delivering personalized experiences for clients. Mark also served as an Executive Committee Member at the DMAS - Data Driven Marketing Association of Singapore, where they helped marketers in Asia embrace data-driven marketing. Prior to that, they held sales and marketing positions at Oracle, CBS Interactive, seoWorks, CX Lavender, Dynamic Creative Pty Ltd, and Holding FM van der Vaart. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated expertise in areas such as cross-channel marketing, lead generation, market research, and brand building.

Mark van den Haak obtained their Bachelor's degree in Sport, Economics & Communication from Fontys in Tilburg, The Netherlands, which they completed between 1998 and 2002. Subsequently, they pursued a Masters degree in Business Administration and Marketing at the University of Tilburg, which they completed from 2002 to 2005.
