Rhonda Nichols

Rhonda Nichols has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Starting in 1992, they worked at Nortel Networks as an Instructional Designer and Senior Specialist before transitioning to roles as an HR Advisor and HR Products and Services specialist. In 1998, Rhonda joined The American Bottling Company as an HR Director, where they played a strategic role in restructuring the administrative personnel department into a proactive HR department. After two years, they returned to Nortel Networks as the HR Global Program Office Leader, overseeing HR program delivery and data reporting. In 2007, they became an HR Business Partner at Nortel, providing strategic HR leadership for the Enterprise Solutions business and the global Operations team. Rhonda then joined Cisco in 2008 as a Senior Manager of Human Resources, where they led various business initiatives and played a key role in talent management, organization design, and change management. In 2013, they ventured into entrepreneurship and opened Studio Soar, an Aerial Yoga, Yoga, and Pole Fitness studio. Rhonda successfully managed the studio, which had over 1000 clients, 200 members, and 10 part-time staff. Rhonda continued their HR career at Caliber Home Loans, Inc. as an AVP and later as a VP of HR. Rhonda then joined Alkami Technology in 2017 as an HR Business Partner, progressing to roles such as Senior Director of HR and VP of HR. Most recently, in 2022, Rhonda became the Vice President of Human Resources at Tealium. Throughout their career, Rhonda has demonstrated expertise in various HR functions, including talent management, leadership development, organization design, and strategic HR planning.

Rhonda Nichols has a Master's degree in Industrial Technology from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree in Retail Management, also from Purdue University. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Coach from the International Coaching Federation in August 2021 and as an Everything DiSC Workplace® Certification - Classroom from Everything DiSC: A Wiley Brand in January 2020.
