Tina Hsu

Tina Hsu has a strong background in corporate law and legal counsel roles. Tina currently serves as the Senior Corporate Counsel APJ at Tealium since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Axway from 2017 to 2022, serving as the Senior Corporate Counsel APAC and Corporate Counsel APAC. In these roles, they were responsible for all legal issues in the APAC region and worked with a global legal team to ensure consistency in contract templates and compliance. Before Axway, Tina was an Associate Solicitor at Benchmark Lawyers from 2014 to 2017, where they provided legal advice on various matters and managed an independent case load. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Corporate & Commercial Lawyer at Pryor Tzannes & Wallis Solicitors, where they gained experience in corporate law issues. Tina's earlier experience includes a role as a Legal Counsel at Qisda Corporation from 2006 to 2008, where they handled legal matters related to the Mobile Communications Business Group and the insolvency of Siemens' Mobile Devices Business. Tina also held a Legal Counsel position at BenQ Corporation during the same time period. Tina's work experience demonstrates their expertise in corporate law and their ability to handle multicultural diversity in legal matters.

Tina Hsu's education history starts with their Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from The University of Auckland, which they completed from 1994 to 1996. Tina then pursued another Bachelor's Degree in Law from The University of Queensland, where they studied from 1997 to 2000. Following this, they obtained a Masters in Law from QUT (Queensland University of Technology) between 2002 and 2003. Finally, they pursued an Executive MBA from the University of Technology Sydney for the academic year 2009 to 2010, focusing on Business & Management.
