Yannick Paz is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Engineering Team Lead at Tealium, where responsibilities include overseeing the Platform Management Backend team and driving cross-cutting business initiatives. Notable achievements include successfully guiding the backend team through a major project transition, improving productivity despite significant team changes, and implementing best practices that enhanced development processes and operational excellence.
