Maggie Bronkie has a wealth of experience in customer service and event planning. Maggie began their career in 2011 as an Outside Sales Consultant with TruStar Salon Services, where they distributed professional salon products to 150 salons in the greater Jacksonville area. In 2013, they joined Hyatt Regency as an Event Services Assistant, where they were a valued team member of a talented team with the expertise to make events a resounding success. In 2014, they moved to Grand Hyatt Denver as an Event Planning Manager and Event Coordinator. In 2018, they joined Miraval Resorts as an Executive Assistant and Senior Event Planning Manager. Most recently, they have been working at Team Engine since 2020 as a Customer Success Manager and Business Development Representative.

Maggie Bronkie attended Florida State University from 2006 to 2010, where they earned a BS in Hospitality Administration/Management from the College of Business. In August 2020, they obtained a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification from the Scrum Alliance.
