Jim Thompson

Jim Thompson has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Jim started their career at Sperry Univac in 1980 as a Solution Architect, managing logistics and achieving high accuracy rates. Jim then moved to Unisys in 1983, where they continued as a Solution Architect and also earned the Unisys Presidents Award for their accomplishments. In 2000, Jim became the Director of Business Development at DecisionOne Corporation, driving growth revenue and managing a $28.5 million line of business. From 2005 to 2010, Jim served as the General Manager at PowerUp Equipment Inc, overseeing day-to-day operations and successfully generating new business revenue. Most recently, they joined Team Hardinger Transportation & Warehousing in 2018 as the Director of Warehouse Operations, responsible for managing a large warehouse and leading a team of experienced members. Jim has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and achievement throughout their career.

Jim Thompson attended Butler Area Senior High School from 1972 to 1976, where they focused on Business/Commerce as a field of study. Jim then pursued further education at Butler County Community College from 1986 to 1991, earning an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Management.
