Bob K.

Bob K. has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and industries. Bob started their career as an Industrial Engineer at UPS before moving on to Rooms To Go, where they served as an Industrial Engineering Manager. Bob then joined Johnson Controls as an Industrial Engineer and Assistant Controller. Bob later joined Saddle Creek Logistics Services and held multiple roles, including Operations Support Manager, Solutions Design Manager, and Sr. Manager of Fulfillment Operations. Bob also founded and served as President of a consulting company called Engineered Workforce Solutions, which they ultimately sold. Bob then became the Director of Engineering for Engineered Workforce Solutions at Orora North America. Most recently, Bob is working as the Chief Financial Officer for Team Horner®. Throughout their career, Bob has gained extensive experience in areas such as operations management, supply chain strategy, financial modeling, continuous improvement, and software implementation.

Bob K. completed their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of South Florida. Bob attended the university from 2000 to 2005. Later, Bob pursued a Master of Science in Entrepreneurship in Applied Technologies, specializing in Entrepreneurship, from the same institution. Bob completed their master's degree from 2011 to 2013.
