Chrystal Gabel

Chrystal Gabel, PHR has a diverse work experience spanning over several positions and companies. Most recently, they worked as the Senior Director of HR at Team Housing Solutions, Inc. starting in 2023. Before that, they held multiple roles at PAM Health, including Senior Director of HR Operations from 2018 to 2023, Regional Human Resources Director from 2020 to 2022, and HR Director from 2018 to 2020.

Prior to their time at PAM Health, Gabel served as an Executive Director at Civitas Senior Living/Ledgestone Senior Living from 2016 to 2018, where they oversaw community operations and ensured compliance with regulations. Additionally, they co-owned CrossFit Dripping Springs from 2013 to 2018.

Gabel's career began at CORE Health Care in 1996, where they worked as the Vice President of HR/Operations for a remarkable 20 years. In this role, they provided guidance and recommendations for decision-making, supervised personnel and facilities, and played a crucial part in establishing and developing various initiatives.

Chrystal Gabel, PHR received their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University in 2018. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the Project+ certification from CompTIA in April 2018 and the Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in March 2018.
