Stephanie Ray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer service and management, currently serving as the Service Team Manager at Team Insurance since March 2019, where responsibilities include assisting customers with personal lines coverage and community engagement. Previously, Stephanie held the role of Success Manager at Kansas City Engaged, managing customer communications across various platforms. With a background in financial services at the University of Missouri-Kansas City, both as a Cashier/Advancement and as a Discussion Course Leader, Stephanie has demonstrated strong abilities in account management and educational facilitation. Additionally, Stephanie has experience in human resources at Cerner Corporation and various internships that provided foundational skills in office administration and customer relations. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Interpersonal and Public Communications from the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
