Matt McLeary has a diverse work experience in customer service and support roles. Matt started their career at BSkyB as a Broadband Technical Support representative from March 2007 to March 2008. Matt then worked at Demys Limited as a Domain Name Consultant from April 2010 to February 2014, where they provided consulting services on domain name availability and registrations. Matt joined TPP Wholesale in September 2019 as a Customer Service Manager on secondment, where they managed customer support and provided comprehensive assistance to resellers. Currently, they are working at Team Internet since February 2014, where they have held various positions including Senior Support & Customer Service Manager, Commercial Support Manager, Operations Integration Manager, and currently the Head of Customer Care. In their role at Team Internet, they have managed, trained, and maintained the customer service and support function across the company's registry and registrar portfolio.
Matt McLeary attended Jewel & Esk College in Midlothian from 2008 to 2010. Matt obtained an HND degree in Computing during this time.
