Brittany Lattanzio

Brittany Lattanzio currently serves as the Associate Director of Athletics for EMEA at Team Liquid, a position held since July 2019. In this role, Brittany oversees the development and performance of regional esports rosters, manages player recruitment and contracts, and collaborates with coaches and team managers to optimize player performance. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Esports Manager at Team Liquid, where responsibilities also encompassed the health of European players and liaising with tournament organizers. Brittany's career in esports began as a Senior Player Manager at Team Liquid and earlier as Community Director for Collegiate StarLeague, where social media promotions and community engagement were key focuses. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy from Carleton University.
