Rachel Peters

Rachel Peters, CTS, is currently the EVP, Creative & Digital at TeamPeople, a division of System One, where Rachel oversees various service areas including production management and staff management. Prior to this role, Rachel held several leadership positions within TeamPeople, including SVP Operations, Managing Director Operations, General Manager - Operations, and Operations Manager. Rachel also has experience as the Director of Programming at FPA, where Rachel supervised a team of 9 and managed programming for multiple cable channels. At Discovery Communications, Rachel worked in Daytime Programming, assessing content for various series and assisting with field shoots. Rachel holds a B.S. in Communications Media from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
