Mike Gorham

Mike Gorham is an experienced leader in disaster response and volunteer management, currently serving as Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Team Rubicon since June 2016. In this role, Mike coordinates corporate volunteer engagement opportunities and strengthens donor relationships to enhance revenue. Previous positions at Team Rubicon include Deputy Director, where Mike guided staff and volunteers in disaster operations across 14 states and managed recruitment and deployment of over 20,000 volunteers. Mike's extensive background includes leadership roles in organizations like Northern California VOAD, ARKTOS Incorporated, and the US Army, where strategic operations and logistics management were key responsibilities. Mike holds an Executive MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Science in Geological and Earth Sciences from the State University of New York at Fredonia, coupled with an ROTC Commission from St. Bonaventure University.
