Nikki Schell has extensive experience in the field of user experience (UX) design and web development. Nikki'smost recent role was as a Senior User Experience Designer at Allegiance Group, where they contributed to designing and enhancing user experiences.

Prior to that, Nikki served as the owner and operator of Nikki Schell Creative, LLC, specializing in website design, photography, and videography. Nikki worked with numerous clients, including national non-profit organizations, and photographed over 140 couples for their wedding and engagement needs.

Nikki also worked as a UX Strategist at Booz Allen Digital Interactive, where they provided UX strategy, research, and design services to clients in the Federal Government. One notable project involved contributing to the UX design of a large client's eCommerce website.

Nikki Schell's experience also includes working as a UX Designer and Researcher at B7, where they collaborated with clients and stakeholders to design wireframes, create mockups, and develop prototypes. Nikki also played a key role in rebranding the company and educating DoD clients about the importance of UX.

Nikki also developed a responsive homepage for the Zoo's website.

Nikki Schell completed their education with a Master's Degree in Interactive Media from Elon University in the year 2014.
